Chocolate Hazelnut Ice Cream


I actually got this recipe at Ciao! but it was hard to track down, so I'm saving it by posting it here. Thanks to Jill Murphy!

Ingredients

  • 200g jar Nutella
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 284ml carton whipping cream
  • 50g icing sugar

Steps

Scrape all – yes all! – of the Nutella into a bowl and mix in the milk until you have a thinner, easier to stir consistency. In another bowl, whip together the cream and the sugar until it's pretty thick; making what I believe they call "soft peaks" (matron). Once it's like that, gently fold it in to the Nutella puree. And again – Tupperware box, freezer. Thassit!
